An online request is not a confirmed appointment. Appliance support, route availability, timing and the next step are confirmed directly before a technician visit is scheduled.

Estimates and authorization

Reported symptoms do not establish a final diagnosis. Recommended work and applicable charges must be reviewed and authorized before a repair begins.

Coverage

Published ZIP codes describe the current service area. Availability may vary with the appliance, route, appointment schedule and service requirements.

Brand references

Manufacturer names and logos are used only to describe service compatibility. They do not imply factory authorization, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Mobile messaging

Optional service-related text messaging is governed by the SMS Terms. SMS consent is separate from these general terms and is not a condition of purchasing or requesting service.

Website information

The website provides general service information and a request path. It does not replace model-specific safety instructions or professional diagnosis.

Online request delivery

The form sends your request to FIX1X through TUBER. A confirmation and request reference appear after the request is accepted. If an error appears, retry the request or call us. Sending a request does not reserve an appointment or authorize repair charges.
