Information you provide

When online request delivery is activated, FIX1X Appliance Repair may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, service ZIP code, appliance details and a description of the issue.

How information is used

Service-request information is used to review coverage, confirm appliance support, communicate about scheduling, prepare for a diagnostic visit and provide customer support. It is not sold.

Mobile messaging privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records and consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process limited data only to deliver the messaging, scheduling or customer-support services requested by the customer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Current request behavior

The Book Online flow currently saves a temporary request draft in the visitor’s browser. It does not yet transmit the request to the company.

Service providers

When online request delivery is enabled, limited information may be processed by hosting, communications, scheduling or customer-management providers that support the requested service.

Retention and choices

Request information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, service records, support and legal obligations. SMS consent records should be retained while consent remains active and as otherwise required to demonstrate the opt-in.

Policy updates

This policy will be updated when the final booking destination, business contact details or additional website services are connected.
