Program identity

FIX1X Appliance Repair is a service brand operated by Sprint Global Trans LLC. These terms cover optional service-related text messages requested through the FIX1X booking flow. The program uses (847) 416-8776.

Message types

Messages may include scheduling, appointment updates, technician communications and repair follow-ups. Messages may contain contact phone numbers and links to FIX1X service information. This opt-in does not include promotional or marketing messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the service request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Once the SMS program is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment or prevent you from requesting appliance service through another available contact method.

Voluntary consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service. The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for additional details.

Current messaging status

The online form sends your service request and records your optional SMS consent. An automatic text confirmation is not sent for each request. Service-related SMS will be sent only with recorded consent and once the messaging program is active. You can request service without opting into texts.
