Program identity

FIX1X Appliance Repair is a service brand operated by Sprint Global Trans LLC. These terms cover optional service-related text messages requested through the FIX1X booking flow.

Message types

Messages may include scheduling, appointment updates, technician communications and repair follow-ups. This opt-in does not include promotional or marketing messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the service request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment or prevent you from requesting appliance service through another available contact method.

Voluntary consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service. The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for additional details.

Current messaging status

The request form does not yet send text messages. The final Twilio number and customer-support contact will be added before the messaging program launches.
